Everything you need to know about NoseLuna Sleep Strips

How to Use

Clean and dry your lips completely. Peel the strip from its backing and press it firmly over your lips, working from the centre outward. Hold for around 3 seconds to secure the adhesive, then sleep as normal. In the morning, peel off gently from one corner.
Yes, though a light moustache or stubble may reduce how well the adhesive grips. For the best hold, keep the area around your lips clean and dry before applying, and press firmly for the full 3 seconds.
That's completely fine — the breathable fabric is designed to release rather than stay stuck at all costs. If a strip comes off overnight, simply discard it and use a fresh one the next night. Making sure your lips are fully dry before applying usually improves how long it stays in place.
Everyone's experience is different. Many people notice a difference within the first few nights, while others find it takes a week or two of consistent use to settle into the habit. We suggest trying it for at least 7 nights before deciding if it's working for you.

Safety

NoseLuna strips use a gentle, hypoallergenic, latex-free adhesive and are CE certified and SGS tested. The breathable fabric allows emergency mouth breathing at all times, so the strips are not airtight. NoseLuna is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition — if you have any health concerns, please speak to your GP before use.
Mouth tape is not suitable for anyone with a diagnosed sleep condition such as sleep apnoea, a chronic blocked or congested nose, or a known allergy to adhesives. If you're pregnant, immunocompromised, or unsure whether it's right for you, please check with your GP before using any mouth strip product.
No. NoseLuna Sleep Strips are formulated and sized for adult use only and should be kept out of reach of children.
We don't recommend combining NoseLuna with a CPAP machine or any prescribed sleep apnoea therapy without first speaking to your GP or sleep specialist. NoseLuna is designed for general nasal breathing support and is not a substitute for prescribed medical equipment or treatment.
